I might decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it.

You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned, and social details and contacts exposed on every social media.

After the reference is given, the commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval.

If everything is approved, the commissioner can proceed to pay all payments upfront. I accept Payment via Paypal and BNI (for Indonesian).

Price listed excluding PayPal fee. For Paypal, please note that I calculate using an International fee rate of 4.4% + $.30 on the Salecalc site.

After payment, I'll proceed to finish the artwork. It may take me up to 1-4 week to finish the commission.

I'll show the finished piece for final approval. Be upfront about the changes you require but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits. It's max to 3 times for revision, I'll charge an additional price for more. Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

After everything is approved, I'll send the artwork through email. The Client acknowledges work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed
- No refunds are possible after the client agrees on the sketch unless initiated by the Artist.
- If the client requests a cancellation, 50% of project fees may be forfeited if canceled when the sketch starts.
- If the Artist cannot complete work or there are delays for unforeseen reasons, the Client may be eligible for a full refund. If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the Client, the Artist will provide a partial refund only.

Artist Rights
The Artist retains the copyright of the arts, which includes a display, promoting the work, and publishing work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels, and more

Client Rights
- Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.
- Personal use means display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in the content of these websites or channels.
- The client must not claim Work as their own and must credit the Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and so on.
- Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist.

Commercial Rights
- Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites (i.e. vtuber models, stream overlays, emotes, and so forth) or as agreed upon. Commercial rights means usage of Work on streams, videos, and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.
- In the case of design work for the definition of the Client's brand identity such as character design, logo design, and more, intellectual property rights of the methods and their likeness are exclusively granted to the Client for use, production, and modification purposes, commercial or personal. (Please clarify in further detail for each type of work if necessary)
- Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically 2 or 3 times of the original cost.

Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.

Commercial use is any use that could generate income, solicit customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc.) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc). Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.
